Training and setup

If your practice or shop wants help getting started, or training on building your own tools inside the app, ask. I do this directly.

Common questions

• Does anything leave my Mac? No. The models run inside the app. There is no account and no server.
• Where are my files? One folder on your Mac. Open the shield icon in the app — it shows the exact path and a Show in Finder button.
• The first run is slow. The bundled model loads once on first use. After that it's quick.
• Can I use my own model? Yes. If you run Ollama, point Switchyard at any model you have from the setup screen.
• Which edition should I buy? The focused editions carry one profession's tools. The complete edition carries all of them plus automation.
